During the evening of Tuesday, December 20th, Shibboleth authentication will be added to ServiceNow.
ServiceNow users will be presented with the Shibboleth login screen starting on Wednesday, just as they are today when using other Ohio State Web applications.
This modification should be transparent and will not change any other ServiceNow functionality.
