Change Managment

The goals of the Change Management process are to:

  • Respond to the Customer’s changing Business requirements while maximizing the value and reducing Incidents, disruption, and rework
  • Respond to the business and IT Requests For Change (RFCs) that align the services with the business needs

The objective of the Change Management process is meet these goals by ensuring that standardized methods and techniques are used for efficient and prompt handling of all changes to IT Services in order to meet agreed service levels and to prevent the occurrence of any change-related incidents.
