New Electronic Form Available for University Business Leave Requests

Effective January 27, Business Leave requests can now be submitted electronically, thus eliminating the use of a paper leave form to obtain Business Leave approval. The new electronic form is a simple, self-service tool that may be used by employees to obtain pre-travel authorization. The new Business Leave online form is not intended as an extra step. New Payroll Certification Process for Monthly Employees

Beginning February 2012, monthly payroll certification will be online within the eTime/eLeave application. Supervisors should note that there will be two monthly payroll certifications for them to complete in February. eLeave Timing Change for Monthly Employees

Effective December 15, the eLeave file for monthly employees will load to the HR/SIS at 10:55 a.m. the day before the monthly (MO) College Deadline day, instead of its usual time of 4 p.m. Time Administration (a nightly process that processes time and leave entered so Approvers can approve it) will run at noon on the day that the leave file is loaded (the day before MO College Deadline day), and also at noon on MO College Deadline day. Revised Holiday Policy and Impact on Timekeeping in HR/SIS

The Office of Human Resources recently announced a change to the university holiday policy . Effective December 1, non-exempt employees who work on an actual holiday (rather than the observed holiday) will receive holiday premium pay.
