Starting the week of November 14, several informal ServiceNow (SN) Tool Clinics will be held in multiple OCIO locations. (Print the linked flyer if you would like an additional reminder.)
Have you ever wondered what a certain field or setting was intended for in SN, yet never knew whom to ask? Would you like help setting up custom reports or dashboards? Do you have feedback you’d like to provide to our tool team?
Experienced OCIO SN Tool Users will be on-hand at these the Tool Clinics to answer questions about using the tool, how to customize personalization settings, and how to use SN’s reporting capabilities.
Bring a laptop if you have one, but if not, a limited number of laptops will be available at each session.
The Tool Clinics are held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on the following dates:
Wednesday, November 16, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. @ Baker Systems in room 580
Friday, November 18, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. @ ADC in rooms 224 A/B
Tuesday, November 22, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. @ KRC in room 340 A
