Reserve the LCS
Please fill out the form below to request use of the LCS. You must agree to the Usage Policy, so be sure to take the time to read it over before submitting the form. The Usage Policy should answer most of your questions.
Please note the following:
- The LCS can be reserved for a single class session, ongoing training, or an entire quarter. You may submit a request as far in advance as you wish; however, there is an evaluation process before the LCS is officially booked. The LCS is scheduled on a quarter-by-quarter basis.
- Requests are evaluated based upon best use of the space, with priority given to new users and audiences. Not every request can be honored, but we will make every effort to fill the schedule of the classroom.
- Although the LCS does have laptops available for your participants, the LCS is not a computer lab. Battery life will be taken into consideration when the laptops are requested.
- The room is generally available Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Events can be hosted outside of these times if sufficient notice is given and staff are available.
