Equipment Loan
Equipment is available to faculty, students and staff, for loan from our service area in 25 Central Classrooms. Faculty can also arrange for staff to deliver and setup requested technologies on site with 24 hours notice. As loans and deliveries are based on availability, several working days advance notice is recommended. Faculty can also schedule staff to assist with large lecture facilities equipped with projection booths or classroom instructional technologies.
Students require permission from their assigning faculty member to reserve and receive loan equipment. Download the Student Equipment Loan Permission Form.
Reserving Equipment Online
Equipment is available at no charge to faculty for the support of instruction and to students presenting a permission form signed by a faculty member. Equipment is also available to Faculty and Staff for non-instructional use on a charge basis. Our rates and restrictions are linked below. All loans are subject to availability. Contact us if you have a special request or have a recommendation for future additions to our catalogue. These requests will be considered based on overall requests, obtainability, and pertinence to overall academic use.
Late fees apply to all overdue equipment and resources, even those for course use.
