Learning Technology Videoconference Rooms

Learning Technology designs, maintains, and operates a number of videoconference rooms that are available to the university community. Media Services' videoconference rooms are equipped with all the equipment necessary to execute an effective video conference. These rooms may be reserved and your course supported by Media Services staff at no charge to your department. For non-course event charges or further rate breakdown see our Videoconferencing Rates.

Pool Classrooms with Videoconferencing

Certain high-use Registrar pool classrooms have been equipped with videoconferencing equipment. These rooms can be used on your own with support form Media Services staff. If you would like to reserve one of these rooms for a videoconference, please contact the University Registrar's Office of Scheduling.

SCC Computer Labs with Videoconferencing

Staffed computer labs run by the Student Computing Centers. Each room is equipped with a computer at each seat as well as a presenter podium. These rooms are designed for you to be able to run your own videoconferences with limited assistance available from the on-site staff. Special requirements may necessitate Media Services staff support. If you would like to reserve one of these rooms for a videoconference, please contact the University Registrar's Office of Scheduling.

Technology-Enabled Videoconferencing-Friendly Classrooms

Classrooms designed by to easily accommodate videoconferencing and streaming support, but do not have installed videoconferencing hardware. These are pool classrooms and may be reserved through the University Registrar's Office of Scheduling. If you would like to schedule a videoconference or live stream from any of these rooms, contact Media Services at 614-292-9689 or file a Request for Videoconferencing Service or Request for Online Media & Production Service.

Other Videoconferencing Rooms

Videoconference-enabled rooms owned by other departments and colleges around campus. Reservations are made via the respective owning entities.
