Classroom Helpline (4HELP)

The Classroom Helpline provides rapid response for instructors with technological needs in classrooms or labs. Instructors may also schedule staff for on-site technology assistance or instruction.

OSU Wireless Network Reset

When you reset your password through my.osu.edu, you may also need to update settings on laptops and other mobile devices to maintain access to OSU Wireless. For a quick and simple fix, download the configuration utility for your specific device.

University E-mail Service for faculty and staff

A university-wide initiative is underway to migrate all Ohio State faculty and staff to a single e-mail system called the University E-mail Service, which is replacing the OSU Webmail service. For user details, see our University E-mail Service page.

Student E-mail Account Activation

Ohio State students are required to select Buckeye Mail or another commercial account (Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, etc.) for university e-mail services. To activate your new student account, see our Buckeye Mail page.
