Walk-In IT Service Desk
The Walk-In IT Service Desk, located in 025 Central Classroom, can assist all Ohio State faculty, staff, and students with the following services:
- E-mail and Wireless Accounts
- Site-Licensed Software
- Identity Maintenance
- Classroom Services Support
- (available Monday-Thursday until 10 p.m.)
- Equipment Loan Reservation, Checkout, and Returns
- (available Monday-Thursday until 10 p.m.)
Hours of Operation
- Monday - Friday: 7 a.m. - 5 p.m.
BuckeyeBar
The BuckeyeBar, located in 60A Thompson Library, offers face-to-face technology consultation and service to Ohio State faculty, staff and students. Common areas of assistance include:
- Connecting laptops and mobile devices to the Internet
- Choosing a mobile device
- Speeding up a sluggish laptop
- Clearing up a virus problem
- Locating other Ohio State IT resources
Hours of Operation
- Monday - Friday: 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
