Article originally published in a different format Ohio State’s IT Service Desk, located at 025 Central Classroom Building, provides walk-in consultation assistance for e-mail and wireless accounts, site-licensed software, identity maintenance, classroom services support, and distribution of equipment for class use to faculty, staff, and students, which includes LCD projectors, laptops, digital audio recorders, still and video cameras, etc. The IT Service Desk’s hours of operation are 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Friday.
