AWI, OAM Customer Self-Service Sites Getting Updated Looks

On Tuesday (8/21), the web sites for the Administrative Web Interface (AWI) and the Online Account Management (OAM) systems will receive new, updated looks. The AWI is the self-service site customers use to manage their departmental telecommunication accounts, orders, and repairs. The OAM is the self-service site customers use to manage their personal telecommunication  accounts, orders, bills, and payments.

The Office of the Chief Information Officer will implement the interface updates for both systems during a brief maintenance window on the 21st, between 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM. During the maintenance window, the AWI and OAM systems will be unavailable for short period of time.

After the maintenance is completed, the web interfaces for both the OAM and AWI systems will have new updated looks, but will continue to provide users with the same functionality. Click on the following links to see examples (PNG files) of the new AWI and OAM interfaces:
