BuckeyeMail will be going through a minor upgrade on December 18, requiring users to take a few steps in preparation. If these steps are not taken, users may have problems logging into BuckeyeMail after the upgrade is complete.
If you are a BuckeyeMail user, you will need to confirm that the connection settings of any email client(s) and/or mobile device(s) you use to access BuckeyeMail are correct and are current with any updates or security patches. Please refer to this Knowledge Base article, which lists instructions on how to check the system requirements for any email client(s) or mobile device(s) used for BuckeyeMail.
During the upgrade you will not experience any downtime or interruption to email delivery. However, it is very important that you check your settings before the upgrade and update them, if necessary, to ensure a seamless transition.

Due to Microsoft servers being located throughout different time zones, the upgrade could begin as early as 7:00 p.m. EST on December 17.
