New Self-Service feature speeds group affiliation approvals

If you have group affiliations that allow you to access specific university applications, you’ll benefit from our new Self-Service feature. Self-Service will simplify and speed up the process for requesting access to new groups or removal from a group.

The university provides access to certain applications based upon your group affiliation. Applications include things like motor pool access, JAMF administration, Citrix XenApp, EDM, WOSU allegiance application, childcare applications and many others.

As a user, you can now use our automated App Group Request items available on the Self Service Portal to request removal from a group or request access to a new one. Owners and Approvers can also use the App Group Request to approve access or deny requests.
