In collaboration with Ohio State’s website team and University Libraries, OCIO recently embarked on an effort to revamp the OSU iTunes site. The site, which is accessible from itunes.osu.edu or through Apple iTunes, is a collection of free educational content that is available within the iTunes Store. The digital media content can be viewed on a computer or an iDevice.

The OCIO's Learning Technology eLearning Professional Development Grant application period is open now through July 23. The grant, up to $2,000 (1:1 matching), supports individual, group, or departmental professional growth.
Effective August 1, 2012, the OCIO Site License Software (SLS) will no longer provide the McAfee VirusScan product as a download to faculty, staff or students for personal, home use.
Ohio State’s SLS contract with McAfee VirusScan for the upcoming academic year does not permit use on personally-owned computers. Due to this change in our McAfee contract terms, faculty, staff and students using the SLS downloaded VirusScan application on their personally-owned computer must uninstall it by August 1, as per the agreement they accepted when downloading the software.
