On July 29, OCIO will stop distributing Core FTP from its Site Licensed Software page. Core FTP is a Windows-based file transfer protocol (FTP) client. Currently, the free open source software does not support all the new Secure FTP (SFTP) requirements for OSU Web hosting content updates. As a replacement, OCIO is now distributing FileZilla, a fast and reliable cross-platform FTP, FTPS and SFTP client. For Windows FTP client software details, see OSU Site Licensed Software at osusls.osu.edu.
