Approvers for university eApplications (eTimesheet, eLeave, eRequest, eTravel, Business Leave, and HR Action Request) will see increased integration of their Worklists beginning 8/24. An “Other Worklist” section will be added to the bottom of all Worklists. This new section will include direct links to other eApplication Worklists, including the number of transactions waiting to be approved. Worklist links will only appear for those eApplications with unapproved transactions.
The dashboard for HRB755 has been simplified to make it easier to manage the eLeave file load to PeopleSoft and to track employee leaves. Two Report Types are now available: “To be Processed” and “Summary Analysis.”

The Biweekly eTimesheet Report (HRB760) dashboard has been simplified to make it easier to manage the biweekly payroll processing deadline. The right side of the dashboard has been changed; the left side remains the same. The simplified report provides two Report Types, “To Be Processed” and “Summary Analysis.”

The following enhancements and fixes will be available in eTimesheet/Leave on May 11, including: (1) Disclaimer for holiday benefit in eTimesheet; and (2) Ability for Backup Timesheet Approvers to request supervisor review.

The new monthly pay certification is now live. A new eReport, Monthly Certification (HRB770) is available to help Service Centers and Human Resources Professionals manage the new certification process. For a job aid.
Effective January 27, Business Leave requests can now be submitted electronically, thus eliminating the use of a paper leave form to obtain Business Leave approval. The new electronic form is a simple, self-service tool that may be used by employees to obtain pre-travel authorization. The new Business Leave online form is not intended as an extra step. If you have questions regarding your department’s usage of the new form, please contact your Senior Fiscal Officer.
Beginning February 2012, monthly payroll certification will be online within the eTime/eLeave application. Supervisors should note that there will be two monthly payroll certifications for them to complete in February. In addition, departments will need to work with Business & Finance to prepare for this transition. For details and next steps
