Phone and Email Support Hours

Full-service phone and email support hours are adjusted to accomodate varying call flow at different points in the academic year. Extended hours outside standard phone hours are available for password resets and outage reporting.

University Holidays and Closings

The IT Service Desk is closed on university holidays when offices are closed, most of which are listed in the Academic Calendar.

During the winter break (Thursday, December 18, 2014 through Friday, January 9, 2015) hours of operation (excluding university holidays) will be:

  • Monday - Thursday: 6:30 a.m. to 7 p.m.
  • Friday: 6:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.
  • Saturday: Noon to 5 p.m. (non-holidays)
  • Sunday: 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. (non-holidays)

Autumn and Spring Term

  • Monday - Thursday: 6:30 a.m. to 8 p.m.
  • Friday: 6:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.
  • Saturday: Noon to 5 p.m. (non-holidays)
  • Sunday: 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. (non-holidays)

Summer Term and Break Weeks

  • Monday - Thursday: 6:30 a.m. to 7 p.m.
