Forms of Payment

Payment of your bill is due in full upon receipt of each month's bill. For your convenience, we offer you a variety of ways to pay your bill each month. We accept personal checks, money orders, most major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card), and BuckID. (See restrictions under each subheading below.) Simply choose the payment option that best fits your needs.

 Pay by Web

This option allows you to pay your bill with a personal credit card through a secured page on our web site. Acceptable credit cards are Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.* For your convenience, this payment option is free and available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

*NOTE: Buck ID, check, and money order payments cannot be made online.

 Pay by Mail

Each month, your mailed billing statement includes a detachable payment stub and a pre-addressed, return envelope. To mail your payment, detach and complete the payment stub, place the stub and your payment into the pre-addressed envelope and mail it via U.S. Mail to the address below. Acceptable payment forms by mail are personal checks, money orders, major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card), and your Buck ID account.* Please allow 2-4 business days for your payment to go through the mail. Additionally, processing of your payment takes several days; therefore, your payment should be mailed upon receipt of your bill.

All mailed payments are processed by a data processing center located at an off campus facility. Mailed payments should be sent via U.S. Mail with the proper postage to the following address:

NOTE: Please do not mail payments through OSU's Campus Mail. Also, please do not include any correspondence with your mailed payment. Correspondence regarding your account and services must be sent by e-mail, mail or fax.

If you have lost your payment stub, you can pay your bill with a major credit card online. If you prefer to pay your bill with a personal check or money order and do not have your payment stub, please write your account number on your payment and mail it directly to:
