This message is a brief update about changes coming to the Help & Support options found at https://ocio.osu.edu/help/ from the Office of the CIO.
On Monday, June 11th users will see a more streamlined interface for self-help that includes a single sign-on through Shibboleth. Users will notice that the self-help function page will re-direct to a .com page. This is a necessary change to enable future ServiceNow features. In addition, all e-mail replies from the IT Service Desk will now originate from email@example.com.
These are interim changes prior to some exciting Self-Service improvements coming late summer. Stay tuned.
