In-Person Support Hours

The BuckeyeBar offers face-to-face technology consultation and service to Ohio State students, faculty and staff. Common areas of assistance include:

  • Connecting laptops and mobile devices to use email and wireless
  • Site-Licensed Software
  • Identity Maintenance
  • Speeding up a sluggish laptop
  • Clearing up a virus problem
  • Locating other Ohio State IT resources

Classroom Help Line

The Classroom Help Line provides rapid response for instructors with technological needs in classrooms or labs. Instructors may also schedule staff for on-site technology assistance or instruction.


Accessibility Help Line

The Accessibility Help Line is dedicated to assisting faculty, staff, students and sponsored guests who encounter accessibility issues with any of the systems or applications maintained by the Office of the CIO.
