Classroom Help Line

The Classroom Help Line provides rapid response for instructors with technological needs in classrooms or labs. Instructors may also schedule staff for on-site technology assistance or instruction.


Accessibility Help Line

The Accessibility Help Line is dedicated to assisting faculty, staff, students and sponsored guests who encounter accessibility issues with any of the systems or applications maintained by the Office of the CIO.

OSU Wireless Network Reset

When you reset your password through my.osu.edu, you may also need to update settings on laptops and other mobile devices to maintain access to OSU Wireless. For a quick and simple fix, download the configuration utility for your specific device.

University Email Service for faculty and staff

Student Email Account Activation

Ohio State students are required to select BuckeyeMail or another commercial account (Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, etc.) for university email services. To activate your new student account, see our BuckeyeMail page.
