New preview experience
On Monday, December 16, starting at approximately 4 p.m. EST, Box will be migrating all BuckeyeBox accounts to utilize the new preview experience. Please note that this new preview option does NOT have the ability to print directly from the preview experience.
To print, you will first need to download the document using the download button in the upper right hand corner, open the downloaded file and then print it from its native application. Box will return the print feature to the preview experience at a later date, hopefully late January or early February.
One other thing to point out is that Internet Explorer 8 or earlier will NOT utilize the new preview, but if a user switches to a more modern version or a different browser they should see the new preview. Box Sync 4.0 Information
Box Sync 4.0 has a new efficient algorithm that is built to scale, and provides users with improved performance and reliability. More information and complete documentation of Sync 4.0 can be found here: https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/sections/200142218-Box-Sync-4-0
What you need to know:

- Sync 4.0 is now the default version for downloads directly from the Box web app (for both new and existing users that manually download)
If the files on a user’s desktop in Sync 3.X aren’t completely in sync with what’s on the Box website, Box Sync 4.0 uses what’s on the website as the starting point and puts any additional/edited content on a user’s desktop in a new “My Box Files [Backup]" folder.
