Beginning Wednesday, February 22, there will be a new automated process for requesting University Email Service distribution groups and room/equipment email accounts. This will significantly reduce the turnaround time of account creation.
These accounts will need to be requested through Self Service. The two request items will be available under the Messaging and Collaboration Services category:
- University Email Service - Distribution Group Request
- University Email Service - Room/Equipment Request
