Finance applications using HR data will not have access to updated HR information during the upcoming HR PeopleTools upgrade, beginning at 7 p.m. EST on Friday, July 1 through 7 a.m. EST on Friday, July 8.
New employee data will be unavailable to Finance applications during the upgrade period. This means that reimbursements or eTravel travel arrangements will not be possible for new employees until the maintenance is completed.
Many reports that use our reporting databases (e.g. HRRPT, FNRPT and eReports/Data Warehouse) will not reflect any personnel changes until Friday, July 8.
